We're looking for people who get excited about helping others build something real. Not just another job — a chance to work alongside founders who are figuring things out, making mistakes, and sometimes getting it brilliantly right.
Here's the thing. Most of our team came from traditional finance roles where everything was predictable. Same spreadsheets, same meetings, same outcomes. Then someone asked them: what if you could actually see the impact of your work?
We work with early-stage startups across South Africa. Some will thrive, others will pivot three times before finding their footing. That's the reality. And if that uncertainty sounds more interesting than scary, you might fit right in.
We're currently growing our team across three areas. Each role comes with real responsibility from day one and the chance to shape how we work.
You'll work directly with founders who are building their first company. Most have brilliant ideas but zero experience reading a balance sheet. Your job is to help them make smarter financial decisions without drowning them in jargon.
This role focuses on helping startups build sustainable financial models. You'll review their assumptions, stress-test their projections, and help them plan for scenarios they haven't considered yet.
Help us create educational content and run workshops for aspiring entrepreneurs. You'll break down finance concepts into digestible pieces and answer questions in real-time during our sessions.
We're not going to pretend we have ping-pong tables or unlimited snacks. What we do have is a team that genuinely cares about helping startups succeed — even when it means staying late to review a pitch deck before a big meeting.
Most days involve a mix of one-on-one sessions with founders, internal discussions about better ways to explain cash flow, and occasional moments of celebrating when a client closes their first funding round.
